Publishing Linked Data is a process that involves a high number of steps, design decisions and technologies. Although some initial guidelines have been already provided by Linked Data publishers, these are still far from covering all the steps that are necessary (from data source selection to publication) or giving enough details about all these steps, technologies, intermediate products, etc. In this talk we present a set of methodological guidelines for the activities involved within this process. These guidelines are the result of the experience of the Ontology Engineering Group (http://www.oeg-upm.net/) in the production of Linked Data in several contexts from several Spanish Organizations such as Instituto Geográfico Nacional, Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Biblioteca Nacional, and Grupo Prisa Digital. Moreover, we introduce the technological support used in this process and developed in our group. Boris Villazón-Terrazas es investigador del Ontology Engineering Group del Departamento de Inteligencia Artificial de la Facultad de Informática de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Anteriormente trabajó como investigador en el Instituto de Investigación en Informática Aplicada (IIIA) de la Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo en Cochabamba Bolivia, y como desarrollador de aplicaciones para Linux como freelance. Es Ingeniero de Sistemas (2002) por la UCB. Tiene el título homologado a Ingeniero en Informática (2006) por el Ministerio de Educación y Ciencia en España. Está en posesión del Diploma de Estudios Avanzados (2007), equivalente al Máster en Investigación, por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Sus actividades de investigación se centran en Web Semántica e Ingeniería Ontológica. Ha participado en varios proyectos europeos en estas áreas: OntoGrid, Knowledge Web, SEEMP y NeOn, nacionales (Reimdoc, Servicios Semánticos, Plata, Gis4Gov, WebN+1). Ha publicado más de 30 artículos en revistas, conferencias y workshops.
